A Special Invitation to Churches and Donors Throughout Little Rock
While our FUTUREFORWARD campaign includes three important goals totaling $3.2 million, our first priority is eliminating Mosaic's remaining $2 million mortgage. We invite churches, foundations, businesses, and individuals throughout Little Rock to partner with us in this effort, freeing approximately $240,000 annually for expanded ministry and community impact.
Our conviction is simple: The people living in this community are no less deserving of strong churches, quality facilities, meaningful opportunities, and most importantly, the Gospel.
Through our agreement with the bank, every mortgage gift received by December 31, 2026, will be applied directly to principal in January 2027, immediately reducing our required monthly payments as we pursue full payoff.
Help Us Burn the Mortgage and Finish Our Facility!
Officially launching on April 3, 2027, our FUTUREFORWARD campaign is focused on three goals totaling $3.2 million: eliminating our $2 million mortgage, creating a dedicated Student Ministries Center, and building a small Chapel.
A Eliminate our $2 million mortgage. Becoming mortgage-free will free $20,000 each month—$240,000 annually—for long-term investment in the ministry and mission of both Mosaic Church and Vine & Village, while also saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in future interest payments at our current 7.75% rate.
B. Create a dedicated Student Ministries center: est. $600,000. Students in grades 6–12 currently have no space within our facility to call their own. They meet on Sunday mornings in two small classrooms and on Monday nights in Town Hall. By transforming The Orchard’s current warehouse into a dedicated Student Ministries venue, we can give our students a welcoming, engaging space designed specifically for them—a place to belong, build relationships, grow as disciples, invite friends, and develop as the next generation of Mosaic. Included in this project is additional office and classroom space.
C. Center Faith & Prayer in a Chapel: est. $600,000. Transform approximately 2,500 square feet of unfinished patio space at the front of our building into a beautiful chapel—a warm, intimate, and transcendent space for sacred moments with the Lord. The chapel will visibly center the faith and prayer that have shaped Mosaic’s past and must remain central to our future. Included in this project is additional office and classroom space.
